As a redhead, she has become one of Hollywood’s most accomplished actresses.
But for her latest film, Nicole Kidman has undergone something of a transformation - into a brassy, peroxide blonde.
Arriving on the New Orleans set of The Paperboy this week, she had ditched her usually elegant style in favour of showing off her svelte legs in a blue mini-skirt, paired with a man’s shirt and white stilettos.
The Oscar-winning 44-year-old actress plays Charlotte Bless, a woman who writes letters to inmates on Death Row, in the film about a reporter and his brother trying to exonerate a man sentenced to death. She is starring opposite John Cusack, Zac Efron and Matthew McConaughey in the movie, which is due in cinemas next year. The Australian mother-of-four usually avoids dyes and chemicals.
She told a magazine in 2007: “To be honest, I am completely natural. I take care of myself. And I’m very proud to say that.”
Her husband, country singer Keith Urban, is facing police questioning after allegedly attacking a photographerÕs car last week.
The couple have two young daughters together, becoming parents for the second time in December when a surrogate gave birth to Faith Margaret. Miss Kidman also has two adopted teenage children from her marriage to Tom Cruise. - Daily Mail
