Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, celebrated daughter Princess Lilibet’s fourth birthday with a touching and light-hearted tribute that gave fans a rare peek into her labour experience.

In an Instagram reel, Meghan shared a candid video of herself dancing in a hospital delivery room just before giving birth to her daughter.

In the clip, the 43-year-old wears a simple black dress as she dances to Starrkeisha’s viral hit “The Baby Momma Dance.”

At the time, the catchy tune was trending on TikTok.

Getting down and throwing her hands up in the air, Meghan showed off her dance moves that looked a whole lot like twerking.

Soon, you see Prince Harry, 40, joining in on the fun with his own moves, trying to match her energy and even dropping “down low” with her in a playful moment of connection.

“Four years ago today, this also happened,” Meghan captioned the video.

“Both of our children were a week past their due dates… so when spicy food, all that walking, and acupuncture didn’t work - there was only one thing left to do!”

Earlier in the day, she shared never-before-seen photos of Harry and Lilibet.

One black-and-white photo shows her husband holding his newborn daughter shortly after her birth.

In another, father and daughter are seen walking barefoot hand in hand down a sandy path with palm trees in the background.

Meghan lovingly described Lilibet as “Daddy’s little girl and favourite adventurer,” highlighting the closeness between them.

In another post, the Duchess shared throwback black-and-white images of herself and little Lilibet.

In one image, you see her holding her daughter closely on her lap while they are on a boat.

The other picture shows newborn Lilibet asleep on her mother’s chest.

In the caption, she wrote, "Happy birthday to our beautiful girl! Four years ago today she came into our lives - and each day is brighter and better because of it. Thanks to all of those sending love and celebrating her special day!"

Since her return to Instagram last year, Meghan has been sharing more and more snippets of her private life.
