The City of Cape Town is notifying residents in Elsies River and Goodwood of a planned electricity supply interruption for essential high-voltage infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, 5 April 2025.

Outage Schedule:

Date: Saturday, 5 April 2025 – Sunday, 6 April 2025

Time: 18:00 (Saturday) – 08:00 (Sunday) (estimated)

The City is notifying residents in Elsies River and Goodwood of a planned electricity supply interruption for essential high-voltage infrastructure maintenance on Saturday, 5 April 2025.

Important Information:

The restoration time is an estimate and may be delayed due to the complexity of high-voltage infrastructure work.
Teams will try to restore power within the scheduled timeframe.
