Elderly man wrongfully arrested for child rape to receive R1. 5 million in damages

An elderly man from Mpumalanga, wrongfully accused of child rape and imprisoned for over 16 months, is set to receive R1. 5 million in damages from the police after a Gauteng High Court ruling.
