KZN mourns the loss of Nkandla councillor, Mbhekiseni Biyela

The Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs MEC, Rev Thulasizwe Buthelezi, is deeply shocked and saddened by the passing of the Mayor of Nkandla Local Municipality, Councillor Mbhekiseni Biyela. Councillor Biyela passed away in the early hours of this morning.
